Pay Less for Premium — The Price You See Is the Price You Pay
This is the headline change, and the main reason behind this release. Until now, Premium was billed through Patreon, which could quietly add extra taxes and platform fees on top of your subscription — and if you ever checked out from inside the Patreon iOS app, Apple added a roughly 30% surcharge as well. You often ended up paying more than the price on the plan.
RoleLogic now bills through Stripe, the trusted payment system behind millions of online businesses — and that markup is gone.

In short: the number on the plan card is now the number on your bill — nothing sneaks on at the end.
Checkout That Stays in Your Dashboard
The whole upgrade now happens right where you are, quickly and securely.
- No leaving the page. The card form opens in a window right on the Upgrade page — no redirects, no new tabs, no bouncing between sites.
- Activates instantly. Your Premium quota is ready the moment checkout finishes, instead of waiting a few minutes for it to sync.
- Got a promo code? Enter it right at checkout to apply your discount.
- Secured by Stripe. Your payment is handled with industry-standard card security, and your card details never touch RoleLogic.
- Clear confirmation either way. You'll see a friendly "Subscription active!" message when you're all set, or a reassuring "Checkout canceled — no charge was made." if you decide not to continue.
Save Even More with Annual Billing
On top of dropping the extra fees, you can now choose to pay yearly and save further.
- A simple Monthly / Annual toggle on the Upgrade page lets you switch between billing options.
- Annual plans clearly show how much you save with a "Save X%" badge, plus the total you'll be billed once a year — so there are no surprises.
Manage Everything Yourself — Upgrade, Downgrade, or Cancel
A new Manage subscription button opens your own secure billing area where you're fully in control.
- Switch plans anytime — move up or down between tiers yourself.
- Update your payment method and view past invoices and receipts in one place.
- Cancel without losing what you paid for. Your Premium stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for — no time wasted.
- No need to email support or visit another website to make a change.
Quick-Jump Navigation on the Upgrade Page
Getting around the Upgrade page is now effortless, even on a busy screen.
- On a computer, a small side menu lets you jump straight to Manage Quota or Upgrade Plan.
- On a phone, a floating button tucks those same shortcuts away until you tap it — so it never covers the list while you're working.
You Decide Which Servers See Your Plugin Stats
When you connect an account through a plugin to earn roles, you're now fully in control of where that information goes.
- A new "My Servers" page. From your plugin account at plugin-rolelogic.faizo.net/auth/my_servers, you can see every server and choose, one by one, which ones are allowed to view your plugin stats and grant you roles.
- Private by default. New servers start switched off — a server can't see your stats or give you a role until you allow it. Your information is never shared more widely than you intend.
- One-click opt-in, exactly where you meant it. Every plugin verification link now remembers the specific server you're verifying from, so when you click a verify link in a server, that one server is automatically switched on for you — no digging through settings. You're connected to exactly the server you intended, and nowhere else.
Improvements
Your Premium Stays On — Even During a Provider Hiccup
Premium is now far more resilient. Previously, if a payment provider's service was briefly unreachable, the routine check that keeps your quota in sync would be skipped entirely. Now your subscription is tracked reliably on our side, so a temporary outage can never accidentally pause an existing supporter's Premium or flag a server as "over quota." Everything catches up automatically the moment the connection is back.
Existing Patreon Supporters Are Still Welcome
If you've supported RoleLogic through Patreon, nothing breaks — you're still taken care of.
- Patreon is now a legacy option. You can still link your existing Patreon account so your Premium benefits keep flowing.
- For anyone deciding how to support us, we've added a short, honest note explaining that Patreon can add those extra taxes and fees and may activate benefits more slowly — so the new checkout is simply the better deal.
Updated Terms
Our Terms of Service have been refreshed to reflect the new, secure payment processing, with clearer wording on billing, cancellations, and refunds.

All of the new wording — checkout, billing options, and subscription management — is fully translated across English, Arabic, German, Spanish, French, Malay, and Brazilian Portuguese.
